Joe Grey…This is a traditional Romany Gypsy camp fire dish.5 simple ingredients cooked to perfection.It has sausages, bacon, tomatoes, onions and potatoes in it, topped up with water, then 3 stock cubes crumbled in, then simmered, it couldn’t be easier, Resulting in an absolutely tremendous dish, which was, quite frankly, a revelation to eat.Simple peasant food, which, when done right cant be beaten, as this dish proves,you must try it.
